Our workshops and team assessments provide opportunities to identify and build skills and relationships that will maximise team potential. Engaging and memorable, Development Days and Rapid Team Formation workshops are ideal team building opportunities with outcomes that can be translated back to the workplace.
Experiential Workshops
These workshops allow participants to explore concepts of team performance whilst completing a an immersive activity which involves and energises all participants. Ideal to explore problem solving, communication and team building skills.
Team Development Days
Workshops to engage teams and target skill development. Suitable for one off, half or full day events, or as an ongoing program. Fun filled and memorable events backed by a focus on supporting a defined business objective.
Team Assessments
Our facilitators are certified in a range of psychometric instruments for individuals and teams. We are able to undertake formal assessments and debriefs or alternatively provide observations against agreed competencies in conjunction with a team workshop in the style of an assessment centre.
Rapid Team Formation
Suitable for project or newly formed teams the Rapid Team Formation workshops supports establishment of clear team objectives, practices and relationships (deliverables) necessary for the team to be successful.

Our approach to experiential workshops focuses less on the activity and more on the learning transfer. We do this by creating a learning arena that allows immediate engagement on the task and powerful reflection methods.
Our experiential activities are fun, engaging and memorable whilst also providing an opportunity to learn. The activities have been specifically designed to recreate problems commonly encountered at work such as; lack of clarity on objectives; ineffective communications; lack of mutual respect; and low levels of commitment to the team. Through these activities your team members will learn to commit to common objectives and use their skills effectively.

Team Development
Our Team Development Days are designed to draw out considerations and approaches for teams to work effectively together. We explore tools and techniques to allow the team to perform and set group challenges to highlight what helps and hinders team progress. Reflection and review techniques allow the team to transfer learning to the work place and adopt frameworks for future performance accountability.
Whilst working together towards a common goal, team members will form new relationships, strengthen existing ones and learn more about the people they work with.

Our Approach
Astute Learning works with leaders and their teams to establish a positive culture and work to their potential. Our focus is on how teams can develop and adapt to meet business challenges.
Our facilitators have experience at all levels of team building and leadership development, with specific expertise in the development of those emerging and established Supervisors, Managers and Functional Specialists operating close to the work interface.
Too often this integral level of the workforce is engaged without the opportunity to ‘tool up’ with supervisory and leadership skills. Astute Learning’s programs offer this support.
